Tethral Vision AI is currently in BETA testing. The service is provided free of charge for validation and testing purposes. By using this service, you acknowledge that it is experimental and may have limitations, bugs, or unexpected behavior.
By accessing and using Tethral Vision AI (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Tethral Vision AI provides an image ambiguity detection service that analyzes uploaded images and predicts how well vision AI models (such as GPT-4V, Claude Vision, and Gemini) will understand them. The Service returns an ambiguity score and recommendation to help users optimize their vision API usage.
This is a BETA service provided for testing and validation purposes.
To ensure fair usage and protect infrastructure, the Service implements the following rate limits:
If you exceed these limits, you will receive an HTTP 429 error with a retry-after time. Attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in permanent blocking.

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your uploaded images - they are processed in memory only and immediately deleted.
The Service, including all AI models, algorithms, software, and documentation, is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time during the beta period. We may also update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
This beta service is currently free. We may offer a paid API service in the future. If you are interested in API access for commercial use, please contact info@tethral.ai.
Beta users will not be automatically enrolled in any future paid service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
